The Fifth Yandex Office Opened in Kiev

Internet, June 5, 2007. Yandex opened a development office in Kiev. The office is managed by two Ukrainian developers, Vyacheslav Pankratov and Rostislav Boruk.

The Kiev development office is the fifth office of Yandex. At the moment, besides the head office in Moscow and a representative office in Odessa, the company has two more development offices, one in Saint Petersburg and one in Ekaterinburg. The new Yandex office will focus on developing the present Yandex services for Ukrainian users.

It is expected that by the end of 2007 dozens of specialists will start working at the Kiev office. Yandex opens vacancies for experienced Perl programmers, XSL developers, and Ukrainian translators.
